Where we deliver
Zuhra ships to major cities and regions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Mecca, Medina, and additional areas served by our courier partners. Remote or restricted zones may require extra transit time or may be unavailable for certain product categories.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak campaigns, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email or SMS notification when your order is handed to the carrier.
Estimated transit times
Metro areas: approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch. Nationwide: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch. These ranges are illustrative only; actual delivery depends on address validation, inventory location, weather, and carrier operations.
Shipping fees and thresholds
Standard shipping fees and any free-shipping thresholds will be shown clearly at checkout. Cash on delivery (if offered) may include an additional service fee. Duties and taxes, if applicable, are included or displayed according to the checkout summary you approve.
Order tracking
Once your parcel is scanned by the courier, you can track progress using the link provided in your shipping confirmation. If tracking does not update for several days, contact customer support with your order number so we can open an inquiry with the carrier.
Missed delivery and address changes
If no one is available to receive the shipment, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local facility. Address changes after dispatch are not always possible; request changes as early as possible through support. Zuhra is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate addresses entered at checkout.
